Looking for an internship? NDNU students now have another place to look.
An internship page recently was added to which is the School of Business and Management's website.
Business faculty Peter Young and Dr. Sujata Verma, and Career Center Director Carrie McKnight all helped create this website.
McKnight said the Career Center is eager to help students get internships and provide information about interviews and everything they need to know in the work force. Now with the website, students can access internship information at any time of the day.
The website also includes a section where employers can post internships they are providing. Young said employers often have many opportunities for internships but do not know how to publicize them.
The page also features links for help with resumes and interviewing tips as well as a question-and-answer section.
The website is still expanding. "The website will get more comprehensive in the next few weeks," Young said, adding that it doesn't focus only on undergraduates but graduate and intensive students as well.
"Even though the internship page was created by the School of Business and Management," McKnight said, " There are plenty of opportunities for all majors."
She encouraged students to browse through the page on a regular basis to see what the offerings are.
