Physician-assisted suicide to be Catholic scholar

Dr. Lisa Fullam, D.V.M., in its Catholic Scholar Series on Tuesday, Feb. 7. Dr. Fullam will discuss the topic of "Physician-Assisted Suicide" as both a political and moral issue.
Fullam received her D.V.M. from Cornell University, and her M.T.S. and Th.D. from Harvard Divinity School. She is an Assistant Professor of Moral Theology at the Jesuit School of Theology in Berkeley.
She teaches courses such as Fundamental Moral Theology, Sexual Ethics, Catholic Social Teaching, and Virtue Ethics.
The presentation will begin at 7 p.m. in the Ralston Hall Mansion.
The last speaker in the series will be Father James Bretzke, S.J., April 4, discussing "End of Life Issues," and death with dignity and the use of extraordinary means.
