A preliminary May 2006 commencement list for undergraduate and graduate students is posted outside the Registrar's Office in St. Mary's and in Cuvilly.
Upon the receipt of Fall 2005 grades and the conclusion of Spring 2006 registration, a revised list will be posted.
If you do not find your name on the list or if you have questions, please come to the Registrar's Office and speak with Vicki Silver or Sandy Lee if you are an undergraduate and with Sumitra Krishnan or Sandy Lee if you are a graduate student.
If you are an undergraduate and plan to participate in May 2006 ceremonies with six or fewer units outstanding or a graduate student with three or fewer units outstanding, please be sure to file a petition to participate in ceremonies with outstanding units to the Registrar's Office with the appropriate signatures.
Remember that graduate students are not eligible to participate with their thesis outstanding.
The forms are located on the Registrar's page of the campus web or on the wall opposite to the Registrar's Office.
