December 2005 Undergraduates and Graduate Graduates:
The names of undergraduate and graduate students, who anticipate receiving their degree December 2005, are posted outside of the Registrar's Office on the Registrar's bulletin board in St. Mary's and in Cuvilly.
If your name does not appear on that list and you believe it should, please contact Sandy Lee, Registrar, at or (650) 508-3516
May and August 2006 Undergraduates and Graduate Graduates:
Petitions for students anticipating graduating in May/August 2006 were due on Oct.1.
If you have not submitted a petition and wish to participate in commencement ceremonies, you must submit a petition to the Registrar's Office immediately
Attention:
Undergraduate students who have six or fewer outstanding units by the end of spring semester and wish to participate in Commencement MUST submit a petition to participate in ceremonies with outstanding units to the Registrar's Office.
This petition must have the signature of your adviser and list the courses remaining.
Degree requirements outstanding after participating in Commencement must be completed by Dec. 31, 2006 (the year of the ceremony)
Master's degree students:
Master degree students may petition to participate in Commencement with three or fewer outstanding units excluding Thesis or Research units.
The petition can be found outside the Registrar's Office and must have the signature of your adviser.
