Ladies battle in double-header against the Seawolves

The Argonauts played a double header on March 18 against Sonoma State, neither of which went as expected. Sonoma State took the lead from the beginning by scoring five runs in the first inning, and then, in the third, they racked up another pair of runs to make it 7- 0. In the top the fourth, NDNU's Lindsay Crist gave the Argonauts some much needed help by hitting a triple and making the score 7-3. But the Seawolfs were quick to respond, adding on four more runs at the bottom of the inning and going on to win 11-3 for the first game.

The second game was a battle of the pitcher with both of them holding the teams to a shutout until the sixth inning. The Seawolfs added a pair of runs in the sixth inning, which proved to be enough to put away the Argonauts.
